You don’t necessarily have to run a lean and mean business to be profitable. But, you do have to understand the customer journey and how your business operates in that lifecycle. An effective partnership has everything to do with understanding and building your company’s culture, processes, operations, and growth strategy… just to name a few. Focusing on these, increases your profit margins, grows your business, and takes care of your customers and your employees.
